When you visit our website or place an order on our online store, you declare that you have read, fully accepted and approved our terms, general conditions and sales policy.
Our conditions apply to all sales made through our online store www.naturesse.ca
Naturesse.ca reserves the right to cancel any order and/or delivery if there is unauthorized or fraudulent use of the website. It also reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In addition, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the customer’s order.
2. Order processing
Concerned about the satisfaction of its customers, Naturesse Cosmetics will ensure that the delivery of your ordered products reaches you as quickly as possible after payment and acceptance of your order. It could be that due to the high volume of orders, during the pandemic period, the holidays or the holidays, it could take more than 48 hours to process your order. But, usually orders are processed within a reasonable time.
Orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m. are processed the following Monday.
All prices displayed on our online store are in Canadian dollars and before taxes. Delivery charges as well as applicable provincial (PST) and federal sales taxes (GST) are extra (unless we indicate that transport is included) and appear on the screen before validating your order.
Price modification: Naturesse Cosmetics reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered on the site at any time, without notice.
The prices of the products on our online store may be different from those offered in other points of sale.
4. Product availability
The availability of the products offered is not guaranteed, some products may be in limited series or not be available for immediate delivery. The product offers offered on the online store are therefore only valid while stocks last. If Naturesse Cosmetics cannot deliver any of the products you have ordered due to insufficient inventory, Naturesse Cosmetics will refund the amount charged to your payment method for that product(s) and will send you confirmation of this reimbursement by email.
Naturesse Cosmetics may, moreover, decide to stop a product for sale or delivery at its sole discretion, without notice and at any time.
Damage: Naturesse Cosmetics will at no time be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.
5. Secure payment
We accept payment by Visa®, MasterCard, Paypal.
Once the order has been approved and paid for, you will be notified by email that your order has been sent with your reference number.
6. Costs and Delivery times
Naturesse Cosmetics must have received full payment for the products that will be shipped to you before proceeding with their delivery.
Delivery costs and times will vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the delivery method chosen and the availability of products in stock.
We deliver the products ordered by you to the address you provided when placing your order.
No delivery will be made to a post office box.
All of our orders are shipped by our transport partners (Purolator, Fedex…). A deadline will be respected according to your address. You are subject to the rules concerning the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt of the products.
Orders shipped to Canada are sent by our transport partners (Purolator, Fedex…).
– Quebec / Ontario: 3 to 7 working days on average.
– The rest of Canada: 4 to 9 working days on average.
– Delivery costs: Package 12 $ CAD
– Free shipping for all orders over $ 75 CAD before taxes.
Deliveries to the United States and the rest of the world are sent by international carriers and the turnaround times may take more than 10 business days.

– Delivery times may vary for international orders due to customs procedures.

Import Fees and Delays: We are not responsible for any import taxes, additional fees, or shipping delays (if any) associated with international shipping.
7. Exchanges and returns
Due to hygiene, no exchange or return is permitted except in the event of material breakage during delivery. You are then required to check the conformity of your package at the time of delivery. Only products previously authorized for return by Naturesse Cosmetics will be reimbursed and an authorization number will be communicated to you.
In this specific case, you must follow the following procedure:
- Take photos of the original packaging, and photos of the damaged item (s),
- Attach a copy of your invoice and the authorization number that you will obtain once the return has been authorized.
- You must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum of 48 hours for return authorization.
If this procedure mentioned above is not followed, no refund will be incurred. A product returned without an authorization number will result in its cancellation and no refund will be made.
