However, orders are usually processed within reasonable timeframes.

Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will be processed on the following Monday.

Naturesse Cosmetics must receive full payment for the products to be shipped before proceeding with the delivery.

The shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination, chosen delivery method, and product availability in stock.

We ensure the delivery of products ordered by you to the address you provided during your order.

No delivery will be made to a P.O. Box.

All our orders are shipped by our transportation partners (Purolator, FedEx, etc.). A timeframe will be respected according to your address. You are subject to the rules regarding the signing of a receipt for the products.

Orders shipped within Canada are sent by our transportation partners.

- Quebec/Ontario: up to 7 business days on average.

- Rest of Canada: 4 to 9 business days on average.

- Free delivery for orders over $75 CAD before taxes.

International:

Deliveries to the United States and the rest of the world are sent by international carriers, and delivery times may take more than 10 business days.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Naturesse Cosmetics has policies for refunds, returns, or exchanges within 14 days of your order, subject to case-by-case evaluation.

You are responsible for inspecting your package for conformity at the time of delivery. Only products authorized for return by Naturesse Cosmetics will be refunded, and you will be provided an authorization number.
